When we start
Every order is checked by our team first. We confirm the options, price and, where needed, a design proof with you on WhatsApp. Production starts only after you approve the proof and the order is confirmed.
Ways to receive your order
Collect from our shop
Free. Pick up from SM Printers, 512/619, 2nd Ln, near PNB Bank, New Hyderabad, Nishat Ganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226007. Open daily, 8 am – 11 pm. We will message you when your order is ready.
Local delivery in Lucknow
Available for Lucknow PIN codes (226xxx). The delivery charge is confirmed with your order.
Courier across India
Orders outside Lucknow are shipped through a courier partner. The shipping charge depends on weight and destination and is confirmed with your order. Once dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
Timelines
Production time depends on the product, quantity and finishing, and is confirmed with your quotation. Courier delivery usually adds a few working days depending on your location. If you need something by a date, tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please share photos with us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number. We will reprint or refund as described in our cancellation and refund policy.
